Received the item in a timely manner.
Postal services mishandled the box and it was slightly crushed. Fortunately the items inside were packaged well and were not damaged. The fan tself has old world charm. Easy to use. Just a note that fans with cut out patterns on the staves decrease the amount of air wafted. Nice purse size. Thank you for the lovely fan.
